Jenny O’Neill

Clinic Director | SRN, SCM, DipHV, CPT, NIP

Having managed a busy Harley Street clinic for years, Jenny founded Aspire Clinic as a result of wanting to give patients her time, care and expertise rather than focusing on just numbers. Jenny believes that patients are at the heart of everything she does, and believes aesthetics is about taking a patient on a very personal journey rather than a one-size-fits-all sprint.

Jenny is one of the industry’s leading aesthetic nurses and is the medical lead at Aspire Clinic. She strives to bring her patients the latest in technological advances from the positive-ageing arena. Jenny’s specialities include wrinkle-relaxing injectables, dermal fillers, as well as skin tightening and transformation treatments including NeoGen and Morpheus8.

Away from the Aspire, Jenny loves to play tennis and is often found winning tournaments at Riseley Tennis Club! She is also an accomplished skier.

Sarah Archer

Head of CoolSculpting

Sarah has been the Head of CoolSculpting at Aspire Clinic for over 8 years. She is named as one of the top three CoolSculpting practitioners in the UK. In 2014 she completed her CoolSculpting training. Since then Sarah has continued her training with Allergan Pharmaceuticals (who now own CoolSculpting) and was invited by Allergan to sit on the virtual advisory board for CoolSculpting in 2020. Sarah leads the team of CoolSculpting practitioners at Aspire and is keen to offer her patients a broader journey alongside their treatment. Sarah is qualified to discuss nutrition, weight management and personal training, which when needed can help patients enhance results and achieve goals.

Away from Aspire, and having lived in Asia, Sarah continues her love of travelling and food, holidaying in hot countries with her partner Nick and their three children. Sarah is a qualified personal trainer and weight management and nutrition advisor. In her downtime, Sarah enjoys the gym, music events, eating out, films and one or two martinis.

Gigi Kirrane

Clinic Manager

Whether it’s positive-ageing, skin or body advice, Gigi is Aspire’s expert on all things aesthetic! She is also the clinic lead for NeoGen, the skin transformation treatment that took the media by storm when Strictly Come Dancing’s Shirley Ballas revealed her amazing results.

Away from Aspire, Gigi is a busy mum of two and is an active helper at Reading’s Chinese School.

Paige Ballard

Aesthetic Practitioner

Paige is Aspire’s laser expert and prides herself on giving her patients smooth, silky skin! She is qualified in Aspire’s full range of aesthetics treatments and has a particular interest in solving skin issues from acne to pigmentation.

Away from Aspire, Paige is a social butterfly and can often be found at a bougie bottomless brunch! Having grown up in Greece, Paige also loves to travel.

Claire Hunt

Commercial Director

As Jenny’s daughter, Claire is very much part of the Aspire family and has been part of the team since 2018. Claire is responsible for growing Aspire and continuing to take the clinic and aesthetics into new arenas, developing links and relationships with individuals and companies.

Away from Aspire, Claire is a dedicated football mum, dance teacher, camper, runner, cyclist and a bit of an adrenalin junkie…having recently come face to face with a shark in the open water!

Sandy Wyles

Receptionist

Sandy is the mum at Aspire, keeping everyone in check and looked after. As an amazing baker, Sandy is constantly feeding everyone the most delicious cakes, which all staff love…but not their waistlines!

Away from Aspire, Sandy can be found either on the tennis court with Jenny or spending time with her gorgeous grandchildren!

Christina Cullen

Communications Director

Christina has been Aspire’s Communications Director since 2017 and is responsible for telling the world about Aspire. She loves nothing more than shouting about a patient’s great results on social media. Christina has been in PR and marketing for almost 25 years, having spent 19 of those in the charity sector, where she got to work with the likes of George Clooney and David Beckham at international organisations including Comic Relief and the Rainforest Alliance.

Away from Aspire, Christina can usually be found either in her wellies mucking out her horses, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm for family and friends.

Grace Hunt

Receptionist

Another member of the Aspire family is Grace, Jenny’s granddaughter and Claire’s daughter! Grace is Aspire’s diary whizz, keeping everything running smoothly and welcoming patients.

Away from Aspire, Grace is studying Applied Science Medical Extended Diploma. She also dances every day from ballet and tap to modern and musical theatre and hopes to attend a prestigious dance school to complete her degree studies.

Hayley Flynn-Sillince

PA to Clinic Director & Marketing Assistant

Completing the family-ties is Jenny’s daughter-in-law, Hayley who is responsible for keeping Jenny’s busy schedule in tip-top shape. If something needs organising, with attention to detail, Hayley is your woman. Hayley also works closely with Christina on Aspire’s social media and has and an absolute flair for creating innovative content and working closely with Aspire’s high-profile influencers.

Away from Aspire, Hayley is a busy rugby-mum to Lacey and certainly has her hands full with the gorgeous toddler, Windsor.
