You will meet with your Votiva nurse prior to treatment and will complete the relevant treatment forms. You will discuss your concerns and treatment goals to determine your treatment plan.

Your nurse will talk you through each stage of the treatment so you can completely relax. There is absolutely no pain involved. The wand moves over the external areas first to tighten the appearance of the vagina. Then the wand is inserted into the vagina and moves across the vaginal walls to tighten the internal area.

No sexual activity is advised for 48 hours post treatment. Avoid hot tubs, swimming pools and hot baths for 3 days.
