What is rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty is a treatment using dermal filler to correct and straighten unwanted lumps and bumps on the nose.
Dermal fillers are formulated using Hyaluronic Acid (HA), which is found naturally withing the skin. Dermal fillers are ideal for re-shaping the nose, giving natural results without undergoing surgery. You will meet with your medically-qualified dermal filler expert, who will tell you all about dermal filler treatments, including how they work, the process and benefits. You will explore treatment options and discuss the results that you could achieve.

2. Treatment Plan
When you come in for treatment, your face will be thoroughly cleansed and make up removed.
Photos will be taken prior to treatment so that we can compare these with your results. The actual treatment involves a series of micro-injections in the area where the shape needs correcting. Photos will be taken immediately after treatment. Your medical practitioner will then go through your post-treatment after-care.

3. Aftercare
Stay hydrated to help reduce swelling. You can also apply a cold compress to help with any swelling. Avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths/showers and saunas for 24 – 48 hours post treatment. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours as this can increase the appearance of any bruising. Avoid touching/rubbing the face and do not apply make-up for 24 hours. Do not have any facial treatments for two weeks post treatment.

Treatment areas:
- Dorsal hump: a hump in the nose usually formed by excess bone or cartilage
- Ski slope: bridge of the nose that curves and indents before turning upwards
- Button nose: an over-rotation of the nose tip
- Dragon nose: the bridge and tip of the nose go downwards, and both sides of nostrils run upwards
- Retracted columella: the nose tip projection appears pulled-in or retracted
- Crooked nose: a nose that doesn’t follow a straight, vertical line down the face
- Flat bridge: reshaping of the low nose bridge or flat nose bridge
